Designed to keep members of the local community updated on everything that is happening in and around Fairham, the newsletter is now live and can be downloaded below.
Published on a regular basis, it will include the proposals for each part of the site as the details are brought forward. All of the work being carried out directly on site or connected to Fairham will be laid out in a way which residents can access around the clock.
In this first edition there are updates on the first stages of construction work plus news on the Fairham Forum – a new consultation forum for the community to learn about plans connected to the development.
It also includes the very latest details on what is happening next, including a new electricity substation, infrastructure works and the first phases of house building.
Fairham is the new sustainable neighbourhood for Nottinghamshire. It will create 3,000 new homes and 2,000 new jobs across a 606 acre site to the south of Clifton with impeccable environmental credentials in a world-class location.
Brought forward by a partnership between Derbyshire-based Clowes Developments and Homes England, the government’s housing accelerator, Fairham will be a catalyst for the further growth of Nottingham and the surrounding area.
