Delivering Fairham.
Fairham will be delivered on a phased basis to maintain the highest possible quality and consistency across all elements.
The first phase will involve building new infrastructure so that Fairham can be delivered quickly and efficiently. New roads and access points, pedestrian and cycle access and essential screening of the site will start to bring the development to life.
Subsequent phases will deal with green infrastructure, Fairham Business Park, and bringing forward the residential plots by working with selected established and likeminded house builders.
During each and every phase of development, local residents and communities will be consulted to ensure their views are taken into account as detailed planning work continues.
