Lagan Homes have purchased phase 7a, (8.09 acres) and submitted a Reserved Matters planning application for 112 homes at Fairham.

Lagan have submitted a Reserved Matters planning application to Rushcliffe Borough Council for the development of 112 homes with 10% affordable housing at Fairham.
