Please be advised that a section of Fairham Way, near the Southern Gateway (to and from Gotham), will be subject to road and pedestrian traffic management from Monday 1 June 2026.

Summary of Expected Disruption

1. Footpath Closure: A section of the footpath will be closed for one week from 1 June 2026.
2. Lane Closure A section of the carriageway will be requiring one lane to be temporarily closed, starting 1 June 2026.

These works are essential to facilitate the creation of temporary site access to Bellway Homes. Two-way traffic management measures are expected to remain in place for up to one week.
