Creating a new
and vibrant

community.

Building the neighbourhood of the future.

Fairham will be so much more than just a new neighbourhood for Nottingham. It will be a place where individuals, families, businesses and organisations will be able to live, grow and flourish, built from the ground up on the principles of sustainability, community and forward thinking excellence.

Within easy reach of every amenity needed for life, leisure and learning, as well as being on the edge of a major metropolitan area renowned for its excellent retail, sport, educational and healthcare facilities.

It will also bring forward a new school, community centre, health centre, sports pitches, community parks and woodland. The centre of the neighbourhood will feature retail and leisure facilities where visitors and residents alike can relax, shop and socialise.

All amenities at Fairham will be brand new, and designed and maintained to the highest standards.

Lincs & Notts Air Ambulance Charity Partnership

Representatives of Fairham have committed to raise funds for Lincolnshire and Nottinghamshire Air Ambulance (LNAA).

Due to Fairham’s locality and the vast amount of construction work taking place on site to deliver this new neighbourhood, it became apparent that in the event of an emergency, it would likely be the LNAA that would play a vital role in saving someone’s life.

The LNAA provides a critical, life-saving Helicopter Emergency Medical Service (HEMS), delivering advanced pre-hospital care to some of the most seriously ill and injured patients across Lincolnshire and Nottinghamshire. Crews, made up of highly skilled doctors and paramedics, effectively bring an emergency department directly to the scene, whether roadside, countryside or urban setting, administering advanced treatments such as blood transfusions, anaesthesia and emergency surgical procedures before transfer to hospital.

Operating 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, LNAA attends an average of four potentially life-saving missions every day, with demand continuing to grow. In 2026 the charity has had its busiest start to a year ever, responding to over 550 missions in the first four months alone, an average of over five life-threatening incidents each day. Since launching in 1994, LNAA has carried out over 32,000 missions, reaching patients across a 3,500 square mile area, often within just 20 minutes.
